Naomi Tereza Salmon (rođena 1965 u Jerusalemu, Izrael; živi i radi u Vajmaru, Nemačka)

Naomi Tereza Salmon je studirala fotografiju na Hasada koledžu u Jerusalemu i magistrirala umetnost na odseku “Javna umetnost i nove umetničke strategije” na Bauhaus univerzitetu u Vajmaru, Nemačka. Njen rad kombinuje fotografiju, video, zvučne instalacije i objekte, kao i interaktivne i internet intervencije. Salmon je učestvovala na brojnim izložbama i takmičenjima u Evropi, Izraelu, Americi i Japanu; njeni radovi su otkupljeni od strane nekoliko muzeja i privatnih kolekcija širom sveta. Salmon je zaposlena kao asistent profesora na Bauhaus univerzitetu u Vajmaru, i takođe radi kao nezavisna kuratorka. Zajedno sa Nikos Arvanitsom članica je grupe “Barking Dogs United” od 2003, koja je učestvovala u Drugom Atinskom Bijenalu.

Naomi Tereza Salmon (Born 1965 in Jerusalem, Israel, lives and works in Weimar, Germany).

Studied Photography at the Hadassah College, Jerusalem, and in the MA Fine Art Programme „Public Art and New Artistic Strategies“ at the Bauhaus-University in Weimar, Germany. Her works combine photography, video, sound installations and objects, as well as interactive and internet interventions. She has participated in numerous exhibitions and competitions in Europe, Israel, USA, and Japan; her work has been acquired for several Museums and private collections around the world. Salmon works as an Assistant Professor at the Bauhaus University in Weimar, and as an independent curator. Since 2005, she has been a member of the artist Duo “Barking Dogs United” together with Nikos Arvanitis, and took part in the Athens 2nd Biennial.
